Not Receiving the Verification Code?

Verification codes will fail to send if you are currently located in the following countries:

Belarus, Cuba, Iran, Libya, Myanmar, North Korea, Russia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela.

If you are not located in any of the above countries and are still not receiving the verification code, please check the following:


  • Turn off any VPN’s - If you are not sure whether you are using a VPN, please check with your IT team.


  • Check junk/spam folder for the verification code email.
