Account Credits

Based on your region and the currency wallet you're viewing in your dashboard, you may see either local or international account details. If both options are available, you can select which set of details to view.

Local Account Details

If local account details are available for you, please use them to receive payments in the specified currencies through methods like UK Faster Payments, SEPA, and E-transfers.


Please note that if SWIFT payments or payments in a different currency are sent to your local account details, they will be returned to the sender. It may take 7-10 days for the sender to receive the refunded amount.

International Account Details

Please use your international account details to receive SWIFT payments. To ensure your account credit is processed quickly, it's necessary for your Customer Reference Number to be included in the sender's reference field. If the Customer Reference Number is missing, it may delay the processing of your payment.

How long does it take to receive an Account Credit?

The time it takes to receive an account credit can vary based on the payment type:


  • Local Payments – Typically within a few hours, but it may take up to one business day.
  • SWIFT Payments – Generally 1-5 business days.


Please note that these timeframes are not guaranteed, as various factors can impact the processing time. If you have not received your account credit within the expected timeframe, please contact us and provide the MT103/Proof of transfer which should include the following details:

  • Sender's Name
  • Sender’s Bank Name
  • Currency/Amount
  • Date of Transfer
