Certificate of Incorporation  

A Certificate of Incorporation is an official document that verifies a company’s legal form and registration. It is issued by the government or, in certain legal systems, by a non-governmental organisation.

The Articles of Association is a internal document that specifies the regulations for a company's operations and define its purpose. In some jurisdictions, similar documents may go by different names, such as Bylaws or an Operating Agreement. Please provide the equivalent document for your jurisdiction.
