Create Your Sokin Account

Opening a Sokin account is fast and simple. To get started, click here to register.

Sign Up

To register, please provide some basic information about your business, how you intend to use Sokin, and your personal contact details:


  • Name
  • Position - Your Title in the company.
  • Business Email Address – You'll receive a one-time passcode (OTP) for verification. This will also be your login ID for the Sokin portal.

  • Mobile Number – An OTP will be sent via SMS or WhatsApp for verification.
  • Password – Choose and confirm your password, which will be used to access the portal.


Once you've successfully signed up, you'll gain access to a limited version of the Sokin dashboard to begin exploring our platform.


To unlock full access, please complete your application form, which typically takes around 10 minutes.

1. Company Details

This section helps us understand your company. Please ensure all details are accurate and up to date.

2. Company History

This information provides valuable insights into your company’s history.

3. Purpose of Accounts

To tailor our services to your needs and comply with regulatory requirements, we’d like to understand how you plan to use your Sokin account.


We ask the following:


  • The purpose of your payments

  • Currencies you intend to send and receive

  • The source of your funds

4. Ownership & Control

This section collects information about individuals or entities with control or significant ownership in your company. Accurate details help us meet regulatory requirements and ensure a smooth onboarding process.


You’ll need to provide details for:

  • All directors/partners

  • All direct and indirect beneficial owners (including individuals or corporate entities with ownership stakes)

The Nominated Individual(s) selected will receive emails to sign the contract and complete verification.

5. Documents 

The documents needed to open a Sokin account. Uploading the correct documentation will facilitate a smooth onboarding process and assist in verifying your company's identity as well as compliance with regulatory requirements.

6. Finalise your Account

Please select and review your FX rate, then submit your application form. Once submitted, a contract will be emailed to the Nominated Individual(s) for signatures.

Track your Progress

After submitting your application, log into the Sokin portal at any time to track your progress.
