Refunds
There are two types of refund that can be processed via Sokin Pay:
Full refund – The entire amount is returned to the customer.
Partial refund – A portion of the amount is returned to the customer.
To process a refund, select the relevant Sokin Pay transaction and click the Refund button.
For Partially-settled or Settled payments your Sokin Pay wallet must have enough available funds to complete the refund. If the balance is insufficient, you can transfer funds from your Standard Wallet by selecting Fund Wallet.
The Reason for Refund field does not allow for spaces or special characters. Please use letters and numbers only.
Refunded Payments
Once a refund is initiated, a new transaction will appear in the Sokin Pay Transaction List with a new Transaction ID and Refunded status. You can select the original or refunded transaction to view the following refund details:
- Amount
- Refund Date
- Refund By
- Reason
