Sokin Pay

Sokin Pay is a payment gateway that enables seamless transactions for both your domestic and international customers, allowing you to receive card payments directly in USD, EUR, GBP, and CAD.

With Sokin Pay you can:




  • Track your requested payments - Easily monitor the status of sent and received payments. 


  • Manage your Sokin Pay currency wallets - Seamlessly move funds between your wallets to manage balances and make payments with ease.


If Sokin Pay is activated on your account, the following tabs will be visible in your Sokin portal:


  • Sokin Pay Dashboard

  • Requested Payments

  • Sokin Pay Transactions   

Sokin Pay Dashboard

The Sokin Pay dashboard displays your USD, EUR, GBP, and CAD Sokin Pay wallets, along with a summary of recent transactions linked to each wallet.


Each wallet displays three balances:


  • Total Balance - The large amount shown at the top of the wallet reflects the total funds in the wallet, combining both the Available Amount and the Pending Balance.


  • Pending Balance - Represents funds that are awaiting settlement before being credited to your account.


  • Available - Consists of funds that are ready for transfer to the main currency wallet.


Within your Sokin Pay wallet, you can:


  • Fund Wallet – Move funds from your Standard Wallet into your Sokin Pay wallet.


  • Transfer Balance – Send your available Sokin Pay balance to your Standard Wallet.


  • Request Payment – Generate a payment request to receive funds into your Sokin Pay wallet.


  • QR Code – Tap the QR icon to share a scannable QR or payment link.


    Funding or transferring your balance from the Sokin Pay wallet can only be done within the same currency Standard wallet (for example the EUR Sokin Pay wallet can only be funded from the Standard EUR wallet).

  

Requested Payments

In the Request Payments tab you can create payment requests, search for payments and track the status of your payments. To view your Requested Payments List, click on the Requested Payments tab under Sokin Pay.


Your most recent payment requests appear at the top of the list. Each Sokin Pay payment will have one of the following statuses:


  • Active – A payment request waiting to be completed.

  • Completed – Completed transactions.

  • Expired – Payment requests that have passed their ‘Valid up to’ date.


Click on a specific request to view transaction details, copy the payment link or QR code for Active payments, cancel Active payments, and issue refunds for Completed payments.


You can search payment requests by selecting any of the following filters: Sokin Pay ID, Payee Name, Payment Source, Currency, Type, Method, and Status. Click the red funnel button to see your results.


You can also create a new payment request within this section by selecting the Create Payment Request button. 

Sokin Pay Transactions 

The Sokin Pay Transactions tab lists all your Sokin Pay payments with one of the following statuses:


  • On Hold – Pending settlement.


  • Partially settled (if applicable) – One part of the settlement is complete, while the other remains pending.


  • Settled – Payment has settled and is available.


  • Refunded – Payment has been refunded.


Your most recent transactions are displayed first and you can select a specific transaction to view details, download a receipt, view settlement details, and process a refund


You can download a CSV file with the data shown in the Sokin Pay Transaction List. If filters are applied, only the filtered transactions will be included in the download.
