The Review Stages of Your Application

We want to keep you informed about the stages your application will go through before your account is activated.

Here is a breakdown of each step and what you can expect: 

Contract

After submitting your application, the Nominated Director(s) will receive a contract via email for signing. It is important to complete this step promptly, as any delay in obtaining signatures may slow down the application process.  

If you find your application stalled at this stage, please check your emails or resend the contract via the Sokin portal.

KYC & KYB Verification 

Once signatures are obtained we enter the KYC (Know Your Customer) and KYB (Know Your Business) stage. This essential verification process helps us comply with regulatory requirements and ensures the security of our services.

The Nominated Director(s) will receive an email containing a link to complete biometrics and upload the required documents.

Compliance Review

At this stage, our Compliance team will carefully review your application and KYC/KYB documentation. We aim to complete this review within 24 hours and may reach out if we need further information or additional documents.

Operations Setup

Congratulations! We are now in the process of setting up your account. Once it's ready, you'll receive a welcome email with instructions to log in and start using the Sokin portal.
